This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or interact with aromaticelements.com (the “site”).
INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may embed Facebook comments and allow social media sharing to allow you to leave comment at our website using your Facebook account or share articles to your social media profiles. These plugins may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the commenting interface, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the interface (such as “liking” someone’s comment or replying to other comments), if you are logged into Facebook. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
- Embedded content from other websites (for instance, Youtube videos) – Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Additionally these websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Additionally, if at any time this website is set up to take purchases, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we will collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment processor information. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

This data is also shared with our security program. The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks. Examples of conditions when logging occurs include login attempts, log out requests, requests for suspicious URLs, changes to site content, and password updates. This information is retained for 60 days. This site is scanned for potential malware and vulnerabilities by Sucuri’s SiteCheck. We do not send personal information to Sucuri; however, Sucuri could find personal information posted publicly (such as in comments) during their scan. This site is part of a network of sites that protect against distributed brute force attacks. To enable this protection, the IP address of visitors attempting to log into the site is shared with a service provided by ithemes.com. When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
